In order to do that, we have adopted the use of a Fintrac compliance app named “Really Trusted” which we will use as a first step in building our Client/Realtor relationship. We will ask you either in person or remotely to provide photo id, usually your Driver’s licence or Passport and we proceed to establish your identity. This is the first step of many, mandated by BCFSA, to be fulfilled BEFORE we can show you any property or take your listing. “
