Our referral network agents are committed to redefining client interaction. While they leverage the world-class marketing capabilities of Sotheby's International Realty Canada, they maintain strict independence to avoid conflicts of interest and ensure clarity in their roles. Privacy, confidentiality, and the unique interests of each client are our top priorities. We do not operate as a Team. However, we may Co-List where circumstances call for it.

We  offer clients their own dedicated legal Real Estate Representative. We are doing this by introducing Exclusive Buyer Agency contracts for all our buyers. We believe this approach will soon become standard in real estate transactions, and, in an expression of mutual trust and transparency, we're proud to offer this benefit to our clients now.
